Saint Vincent's Hospital (zip code 10011) is a hospital in New York City, New York, serving Manhattan's Lower East Side and Greenwich Village.

It is a 978-bed tertiary care teaching hospital. The hospital is located on the border of Greenwich Village and Chelsea, and with outpatient facilities in Chinatown and on the Lower East Side. The main building is located at 170 West 12th Street.

The St. Vincents AIDS Center is one of the oldest around. The center offers an outpatient infectious disease clinic, intervention, pediatric and immigrant care, health education, testing and screening and the unique Airbridge Project to Puerto Rico, which coordinates care for HIV-positive patients who make frequent trips to the island territory. Additional services include Level I Trauma Center and full emergency services.

The hospital is also affiliated as the academic center for New York Medical College.
