St. Mary's Diocesan School for Girls is a private boarding and day school for girls situated in the leafy suburb of Kloof, near Durban, in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

The school was founded in 1906 on its original site on Field's Hill in Kloof and was called St. Elizabeth's. It relocated to its present site in 1909 and was renamed St. Mary's in 1919 at the stipulation of a benefactor.
The school has an Anglican foundation and Archbishop Desmond Tutu delivered an address and attended the annual prizegiving in 1994.

It has over 9 hectares of grounds; 660 metres above sea level overlooking Durban and the Indian Ocean.
It is recognised as both a top-performing and highly prestigious girls' school with excellent facilities, offering a wide range of choices in the academic, sporting and cultural spheres to students from the pre-primary level to matriculation.
Day scholars are accommodated throughout the school, with boarding available from the high school. The school celebrates its centenary in 2006.
