The St. John's Jesuit Academy started in the 2004-2005 school year at St. John's Jesuit High School in Toledo, Ohio. It's current enrollment is held at 30 seventh graders and 30 eighth graders.

The Academy uses all of the facilities of the college-prep high school but primarily studies in their own private wing.

The Academy has a budding sports, music, and art program. They attend all Masses and Prayer Services with the High School.

The students of the Academy are paired with "Big Brothers" in the the Senior High and take part in activities with them often.
