St. John's Hospital is a Catholic hospital located in Springfield, Illinois. Operated by the Hospital Sisters organization, St. John's is one of the largest employers in the Central Illinois area. It is one of the rotating Emergency Trauma Centers for the Springfield area, a distinction it shares with Memorial Medical Center.

St. John's is the home to the Prairie Heart Institute and AthletiCare.
