St. John's Cathedral is one of the oldest churches in Jacksonville, Florida. It is the cathedral of the Episcopal Diocese of Florida. The congregation was founded in 1834. The current building is 100 years old.

Because the local Roman Catholic diocese is based in St. Augustine, St. John's is the only cathedral in Jacksonville.
