St. Felix is a small community located approximately 2.50 miles S of the small community of Tignish, Prince Edward Island, Canada. It is home to the largest amount of citizens within a 5 mile radius of Tignish, excluding the village of Tignish itself. There are approximately 250 citizens in St. Felix. The community includes, among others, the Greenmount Road, the Little Tignish Road, the Route 12 road, as well as Old Martin Road. The Tignish River (also known as Harper's Brook) begins in the community and runs to DeBlois. The post office outlet is located on Church Street, Tignish. It is believed that the name is derived from an ancient Christian saint Felix, who died in 274.[citation needed] St. Felix is adjacent to Tignish, Greenmount, Tignish Shore, Central Kildare, and St. Roch.
