St. Thomas Residential School was established by The Mar Thoma Church Educational Society (MTCES) in June 1966 is a Co-educational English Medium School affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi and prepares students for the ICSE and ISC Examinations.

The school stands on a 30 acre campus , at Mukkolakkal , a village adjoining Thiruvananthapuram city.

The campus also holds St.Thomas High School, St.Thomas Central School and St.Thomas Pre-primary school apart from the St.Thomas Residential school.
