Stéphan Tremblay (born November 4, 1973 in Alma, Quebec) was a politician who was a member of the Canadian House of Commons from Quebec from 1996 to 2002.

He was first elected under the banner of the Bloc Québécois in the Lac Saint-Jean electoral district. He would leave Canadial politics to join the provincial Parti Québécois.

In 1998 he controversially went out of the Parliament with his seat as a sign of protest.
