I am a British ex-pat living on the edge of a Caribbean city in Latin America. I have been contributing as an editor since October 2004, marking up approximately 20,000 edits overall. My Latina wife has also contributed with photos for various articles using this account. Squeak and Box are our dogs along with their puppy Lassie. Cookita and her 2 daughters Esmeralda and Rubí are our cats. I work in the search industry, managing the affiliate of a start-up company building the best quality internet tv and video clip collection in the world using xml. I believe Google is vulnerable as being a not very good search engine. If you want to try out the beta version try this page. Interested in mobile or cell phones? See here. I use skype, seeing and talking for free to family and colleagues. I cycle.

- My greatest achievements here so far have been elevating His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie I of Ethiopia to the status of Almighty God and saving Javier Solana from being cast in the role of the Devil. I fully support Wikipedia's NPOV policy. I speak and read fluently in Spanish. I am very interested in ideas concerning technological singularity, the evidences pointing towards this grow daily. As a result we truly are living in the end times. I am also interested in Hubbert's peak theory. I don't like socialist ideologies. I believe the Chinese have the right approach to the Third World, instead of offering charity and harping on about the lack of human rights they are out their investing, building infrastructure and creating jobs. That, not the moralising charitable approach of the anglo-saxon world that will bring real growth in the poorer parts of the world. Latin America needs westerners bringing jobs and investment not charities. I licence all my edits in the main space here under the GNU Free Documentation License.

When I was a young man the authorities in my town had the bright idea of closing down the pub where Friday and Saturday nights were devoted to roots reggae music as a way of stopping the flourishing cannabis trade. This was back in the eighties, and as we all know the trade in cannabis flourished more than ever, as it did in every British city and town, but it meant no more reggae nights, and actually this was pretty much the only multiracial event in the town.
[edit] Boddhi
Boddhi was born on August 25, 1994 in Totnes and died on November 13, 2003 in Puerto San José after a short illness while we travelled in Guatemala. He is sorely missed. He was the most incredibly well trained and bright dog. Our favourite shared activity was cycling up to 30 miles along the pavements of busy roads in England. Shakti, a great friend of Boddhi, lived with me for 8 years but now lives happily near London with my brother and is called Shit Cat. .
