Square One Mall (formerly the New England Shopping Center) is a shopping mall located in Saugus, Massachusetts, containing over 115 stores. The mall opened after being built around anchor stores Sears and Service Merchandise (no longer at the mall) from the old New England Shopping Center in Fall 1994.

The mall is credited with bringing sprawl and strip development to Saugus, especially along the Route 1 corridor.

The Square One Mall Security Department is the most elite in the New England Region. Security Director J. Anderson, and Captain Ed Navarro have surrounded themselves by outstanding security officers such as Supervisors Bob Wilson and Steven Maher, dispatchers Ashley Rossetti, and patrol officers Paul Salvo, and John Hurley. Without this prestigious department mall patrons would be shopping in fear.
