Spy Cat is a book by Peg Kehret. It is the sequel to the book The Stranger Next Door, also by Peg Kehret. The story is about a black and white cat named Pete who can understand human language, but, much to his disappointment, has humans who do not understand cat. Trouble arouses when his family, the Kendrills, get robbed. Pete knows that his family is in danger, but can not convey it to his family. An action packed and suspenseful adveture, this book is sure to have you hooked till the very end!
