Hi, you're right, I noticed that as well...sometimes information on the main page blurb is strange since it is such a small summary. I assume what they meant was "Persian Empire" instead of Byzantine, so I changed it to that. Adam Bishop 05:27, 27 October 2005 (UTC)

Hiya! How is Gregoris Afxentiou's death a world event for March 3rd? Did it mark some turning point in the fight against the British? If not, it seems that an individual's death would belong in the Deaths section - if the person has a Wikipedia article. Rklawton 16:21, 3 March 2006 (UTC)
