Springburn Railway Station serves the Springburn district of Glasgow, Scotland. The station is 2 km (1¼ miles) north of Glasgow Queen Street (High level) station on the Cumbernauld Line and is a terminus of the Springburn branch, a spur from Bellgrove Station, on the North Clyde Line.
Cumbernauld Line trains, running from Queen Street High Level, and run direct to Springburn via a chord that was opened in 1993. Before that the train would run into a loop adjacent to Eastfield depot, as the driver would walk from one end of the train to the other cab.
