A great start. As the article develops, there will be two dangers to avoid. Either it could be seen as an advert for Spode Music Week, or at the other extreme as an 'in' article, that only really makes sense to those who attend. The way to avoid this will be to remember that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, in which articles are not the product of original research, but are based where possible on verifiable sources. To this end, it would be useful to have full publication details for the existing reference, and more references and/or external links to publications, sites and other articles that mention Spode Music week.
