Sportsround

Sportsround is a weekly spin-off from the CBBC children's news programme, Newsround. The main presenter is Jake Humphrey. Reporters for the programme include Lizzie Greenwood, Adam Fleming, Ade Adepitan, Iwan Thomas & Nigel Clarke. It is a weekly round up of sports news, sports entertainment together with reports, comment, big interviews and viewer polls.
It goes out on BBC Two on Saturday mornings at 11.45 am. The first edition was on 10 September 2005.
Sportsround has interviewed many of the big sporting british and world names, including David Beckham, Jose Mourinho, Wayne Rooney, Rafal Nadal, Michael Jordan, Steven Gerrard, Dame Kelly Holmes, to name but a few.
