Club Sportivo Patria are a football club from Formosa Province, Argentina. They currently play in Torneo Argentino A, which is the regionalised third tier of the Argentine Football Association league system.

The club have only played 1 season at the top level of Argentine football. They contested the national championship in 1976, but finished 8th out of nine clubs in group C and failed to progress to the next round.
