Sport Boys is a Peruvian football club, playing in the city of Callao. It was founded the 28th of July in 1927.

On the 28th of July a group of young enthusiasts from the city Callao got together to fulfill the dream of Gualberto Lizárraga, form a football club. It was the night of the 27th, the day before Peru's independence day, that they met. At midnight, the group sang the national anthem of Peru. Afterwards, they began forming the club and Gualberto Lizárraga became president. The group then unanimously voted for the club name to be Sport Boys Association.
The team's original uniform was not pink but striped red and yellow.
Sport Boys was the first Peruvian football club to feature cheerleaders. Many of them, including Anelhí Arias, Shirley Cherres and other have become famous Peruvian celebrities.
