This image, SpongeSeason 3.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (ЅυđÜѕєя85 Talk to me) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution copy of a DVD cover;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the DVD in any way;
copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the DVD cover on other sources of media (USB flash drives, DVDs etc.);
the image on the cover is significant because it was made by an animation director, Stephen Hillenburg.
