[edit] Character history

Spike ran two sleazy after hours clubs in Harmony until the first was smashed up by Ethan Winthrop, Fox Crane, and Chad Harris, while the second was burned down by Noah Bennett. Spike eventually slept with Jessica Bennett and turned her into a drug addict and prostitute even go so far as to killing one of her johns and tricking Jessica into thinking she had done the killing. Spike is also responsible for the murder Noah Bennett and Maya Chinn witnessed years ago and was revealed to be conspiring with Alistair Crane and Noah's blackmailer Lena.

Recently Spike has married Jessica Bennett and currently lives with her and the Bennett family. Although the characters often make references to their marriage, the event itself was never actually shown on-screen therefore deeming it questionable as to whether Spike and Jessica are legally married. After Alistair's death, he shot and began blackmailing Christopher Boothe. He has recently tried to rob the Crane mansion, and shot Pilar Lopez-Fitzgerald after she tried to call the police.

He also tried to kill Thersea Crane by locking her in a sauna. Spike was discovered (by the viewers) to be the one who killed the maid Phlyiss. Fancy Crane tried to catch the crimnal, but ended up knocking her self unconcious. While in this state, Spike decided to have his way with the Crane Heiress. He tied her up and blindfolded her, as well as gagging her. He proceeded to torture her, and even tried to rape her more than once. Fancy eventually escaped, and Spike left without getting caught.
