This is a list of episodes in the Spider-Man (1994 animated series), which was produced by Fox Network. The show ran for five seasons (65 episodes) starting November 19, 1994 and finishing January 31, 1998. The series was written by John Semper Jr and produced by the Marvel Films Animation. It was cancelled by Fox Network in 1998 after "Farewell, Spiderman" in the two parter Spider Wars episode.

Note: Fox Kids aired many of the episodes out of sequence. Below, the episode guide is listed in correct chronological order.

Daily Bugle editor J. Jonah Jameson offers 1,000 dollars to any Bugle reporter for getting a photo of The Lizard, a rumoured monster. Eddie Brock attempts to earn this reward. Just then, Peter thinks that the Lizard creature is a hoax until he realizes about the reward. Parker realizes as Spider-Man that The Lizard is really Dr. Curt Conners, his beloved science teacher. Now, he must save Conners from The Lizard, and keep the authorites and Eddie Brock out of the equation.

It makes Spider-Man ten times the hero he is with enhanced abilities. But something goes wrong; the superhero also gets more ruthless. Meanwhile, Eddie Brock frames Spider-man for the stealing of a rock called Promethem X, in which it was actually the Rhino for the Kingpin. Now, there is a 1.000,000 dollar reward for Spider-Man's capture! Part 1 of 3.

When Spider-Man's black costume is revealed to be alive, the superhero still decides to use it to get back the Prometheum X. Meanwhile, J. The Kingpin is worried about that Brock has evidence of him being a crime lord, so Smythe hires the Shocker to kill Brock. The Venom symbiote returns to Earth and travels to Ravencroft to reunite with Eddie Brock, who then escapes as Venom. He is ordered by Dormammu, to whom the symbiote owes its earthly return, to steal a machine from Stark Enterprises capable of releasing Dormammu from his own faroff dimension. When Venom battles Spider-Man and War Machine, he is easily defeated by the two heroes, but he soon gets help from Cletus Kasady, his cellmate who has bonded with another symbiote. Part 1 of 2.

"Spider Wars, Chapter II: "Farewell, Spider-Man"" John Semper January 31, 1998 65
Spider-Carnage fails to destroy all reality from his dimension due to the interruption the other Spider-Men brought him. So he goes into a different dimension this time where the "main" Spider-Man goes in there, only to realize he's in a dimension where he is rich, his identity is public and everything else he would have never imagined! The series ends when Spider-Man also realizes Uncle Ben is alive in this reality, uses him to prevent Spider-Carnage from destroying all reality, making the villain commit suicide by jumping into an unstable portal created by his Time Dilation Accelerator, and as the reward for Spider-Man's success, Madame Web brings Spider-Man into our dimension where he meets his comic book creator, Stan Lee, and Spider-Man and Web vow to find the real Mary Jane Watson.
