SPF 7 is an comedy troupe based in San Francisco, California. The group originated in 2001 as the house improv troupe of the Seaside Repertory Theatre in Seaside, Florida. SPF 7 relocated to San Francisco in the Spring of 2005 and expanded into using improv as a development tool for a number of film and television projects.

Most notably, SPF 7 holds the world-record for the longest improvised show by a single troupe. In the summer of 2004, SPF 7 performed for a continual 70 hours in a show entitled SPF 70: Carnival of Insanity. In a prior summer, SPF 7 broke the then standing record (25 hours) by performing a 35 hour long show called The 35 Hour Show: Sleepless in Seaside.
