This is your last warning. You have been asked to stop unilaterally moving pages. Wikipedia has clear procedures for moving pages. Other than in exceptional cases those procedures should be followed. Your actions are causing considerable problems for other users and are being seen by some as vandalism. Vandalism of pages results in a user being blocked from editing Wikipedia.
