Creating an account is a good thing, but adding links to 'quote-fox.com' still seems like spam linking. Please do not add commercial links or links of your own private websites to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. See the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. -- Solipsist 19:53, 11 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- Hello Solipsist,
- Thank you for your feedback. One quick question. I am wondering how my link, to what is a comprehensive quotation resource, is considered 'spam' when numerous less worthy links are not. Quote-fox is a valuable resource for which should be available to your users.

- Hi Speermeister,
- You are quite right. The simple fact is that Quote-fox is not necessarily less valuable, I just happened to notice it. The Quotation article in particular looks like it has far too many poor links in the external links section. You have galvanised me to go and prune it now. At least a link to a quotation site is relevant there. -- Solipsist 04:39, 12 Jun 2005 (UTC)
