"Spencerian" is the online nickname used by Kevin H. Spencer, a computer technician and writer living in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mr. Spencer is a typical computer geek and science fiction fan. He has a strong interest in The Matrix series of films and related material and has developed many interpretations on the philosophy and motivations found in the movies. These interpretations are not shared here on Wikipedia in the Matrix articles since they are subjective. Mr. Spencer has, in his edits of various Matrix character articles, expanded the information the characters or events in the film series based on the objective, first-viewing interpretation that most fans and casual viewers of the movies may have learned or began to understand.

Mr. Spencer enjoys other mainstream shows such as the reimagined Battlestar Galactica, Babylon 5 and is a recovering Star Trek fan. He hopes to be well as soon as the franchise has been cured of the Bergman virus that consumes it.
