Special Doogie, or "Mother", is indeed mother to us all.

Her power is inestimable, and her minions quiver at the very slightest twitch of her paw.

And yet while ruthless in her judgements, and unpredictable in her rage, it is true to say that her mercy knows no bounds. It is in her rare and random acts of kindness that we begin to glimpse at her true character, and understand why we must all nestle in her maternal, canine bosom.
