I think it would be interesting to mention the tit-for-tat measures that happened after the USA started with the Special Registration. First with Brazil, who always had a tit-for-tat diplomatic relation with the USA (an AA pilot even got arrested by the Brazilian Federal Police for making an offensive gesture to officials). And now Iran is also implementing the tit-for-tat for all USA Citizens to be fingerprinted as well (that is, when they enter Iran). --Pinnecco 02:37, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
