Spey River is the name of two rivers in the South Island of New Zealand.

Tasman's Spey River is located in the northwest of the South Island. It is a tributary of the Aorere River.

The southern Spey River is located in Fiordland National Park. It flows northeast into the west arm of Lake Manapouri, close to the Manapouri Power Station.
