Spelsbury ( [ˈspɛlzb(ə)ɹi] or [ˈspɛw-] in the IPA) is a small north-west Oxfordshire (England) village about one mile from Charlbury on a narrow hill between the Coldron and Taston brooks overlooking the Evenlode river and the Wychwood Forest, with a Norman church (rebuilt in the mid 1700s) and a group of almshouses of 1688.

It is recorded in the Domesday Book as 'Spelesberie'.
