Speedwarp is Eddie Felson, who is a brainy student at Vanmoor Institute who Static encountered in Static Shock. He only appears in Now You See Him.... Everyone teased him except Daisy, the only one who is nice to Eddie. Eddie was the one who has stole the Time Gaunlet from Dr. MacDonald. At the mall, Eddie meets up with Daisy and Virgil. When Eddie saw Daisy's favorite necklace, he decided to steal it, and Static and Gear interfered.

At the fight, Speedwarp uses hyper time to pause time, and he fights Static and Gear. Then Speedwarp turns on hyper time to freeze Gear, leaving Static to be unfrozen, and Speedwarp unmasks Gear, revealing to be Richie Foley, and Speedwarp guessed that Static is Virgil Hawkins, because he knows that Richie is Virgil's friend. Eddie is at his house, and he got a phone call from Dr. McDonald, which he wants the Time Gaunlet back, and Eddie refuses to get it back. So, McDonald has the tape to show everyone that he robs the mall. So, Speedwarp goes there, and he found out that today is the flight for McDonald, and Speedwarp goes to the plane to get the tape.

At the B2K concert, Speedwarp uses hyper time to freeze everyone except Daisy, and he unmasks himself to Daisy, because she is the only person who is nice to him. At the battle between him and Static, Speedwarp becomes slow, after he combined the two Time Gaunlets he got.
