Specialty Restaurant Group

Specialty Restaurant Group, LLC. (SRG) is a privately owned restaurant company, headquartered in Maryville, Tennessee, USA, that owns three casual dining restaurant chains, The American Café, Silver Spoon Café and L & N Seafood Grill. SRG controls a total of 39 such restaurants, primarily located in the Eastern United States.

Specialty Restaurant Group was created in 2000, when a group of investors bought three restaurant chains from Ruby Tuesday; American Café, Silver Spoon Café and L & N Seafood Grill restaurants already existed before their new parent company was created. These restaurants are similar to Ruby Tuesday, Applebees, O'Charley's and Outback Steakhouse.
