Special ed may refer to:

  • Special Ed, a New York based rapper from the late 1980s and early 1990s
  • The Sausage Factory, a Canadian TV show (known as "Special Ed" in certain U.S. markets)
  • Special Ed, a character on the TV show Crank Yankers
  • special ed, a Watertown, MA hardcore/punk band lasting from 1983 to 1987. They first became known with their 1983 release Don't Shake the Pole, What are you Stupid? and their last known release was Mr. Smiley goes to Hell in 1987. Members went on to perform in other bands, most notably Toolboxx.
