Sparanise is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Caserta in the Italian region Campania, located about 40 km northwest of Naples and about 25 km northwest of Caserta. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 7,461 and an area of 18.7 km².^[1]

Sparanise borders the following municipalities: Calvi Risorta, Francolise, Pignataro Maggiore.
