SpaceMonger

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

SpaceMonger is a data visualization tool for Microsoft Windows that allows for the visual analysis of file and directory sizes on a hard disk or other file system viewable as a drive.

Spacemonger uses Tree Maps to create a visual representation of the contents of the selected drive. Version 1.4 is freeware and available quite freely all over the web. Version 2.1 has taken some 3 years to complete and is a complete re-write of the program from the ground up; it now includes menu selections and buttons to commonly used Windows tools to help you control the data on the harddrive, as well as a new drive scanner that works faster than the original 1.4 because of the time involved and the great improvements in the program over the freeware version. 2.1 is now shareware.
