Future South pole stars

I don't consider the reference to be 100% reliable, but right now there's very little information on the Web about future south pole stars. Independent verification of this information is recommended. -- B.d.mills (Talk) 10:41, 26 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Do to precession, the pole traces a circular path along the celestial sphere, 23 and a half degrees in radius and centered on the ecliptic pole. Any bright star which falls on or close to this circular path will become pole star at some time.Roo60 22:43, 2005 Jun 4 (UTC)
