[edit] 1995 proposed changes

In boundary changes proposed by a review in 1995, the seat was originally to be abolished and replaced by a new Mid Down constituency.

a) Weren't the changes proposed in 1994, not 1995?

b) Wasn't there also going to be a Newry and Mourne seat (basically the local council area plus the Newcastle wards in Down)? Wasn't this as much part of the replacement?
