South San Francisco High School is an American public high school in South San Francisco, California which serves grades 9-12 as part of the South San Francisco Unified School District (SSFUSD). The school is often colloquially referred to as "South City High".

The school song is as follows:
All hail the blue and white forever sing her praise we'll fight to hold them to the skies and die to keep them raised warriors in white and blue we all depend on you to fight and save the glorious name of South San Francisco High. [citation needed]
[edit] Campus
South San Francisco High School is composed of 4 main class buildings, forming campus "wings". Two additional wings contain portables for language and math classes. The "S" wing contains the wood, auto, ceramics, and art shops. The auditorium is located to the right of the main entrance with the cafeteria next to it. The "M" wing contains the broadcasting station, an additional classroom, and the excellent band room.
South San Francisco High School operates as a closed campus [3] prohibiting leaving the campus for lunch or meeting visitors during school hours.
The district offices for the SSFUSD are located on the school campus at the main entrance.

South San Francisco High School has won a majority of Bell Games. (final game of the season between South City and its rival school El Camino). South City has won the Glove Game, and the Hoop game in the school year of 2005-2006 (Both games against El Camino). In the year 2004-2005, the JV Football team went undefeated and the Varsity Football team went 8-2. [citation needed] Just recently, South City won the 2006 bell game in a final of 28-14.

South San Francisco High School has a marching band, concert band, symphonic band, jazz band, winterguard, colorguard, percussion ensemble, choir, and a pep band. In 2006, the marching band changed from being a parade show to a field show.
