[edit] Synopsis

Earl and Randy decide to fly to Mexico to help Catalina after she was deported during the last episode. Earl and Randy have never flown before and Earl is freaked out. He ends up getting off the plane after listening to the evacuation procedures, thinking that even the ushers aren't sure about the safety of the plane. He then goes to a doctor to get sedatives that will help him relax on the plane. The doctor wants to give him a shot but Earl protests, being afraid of needles. Randy ends up giving him the shot by throwing his list to the ground and giving him the shot in the rear end when he bends over to pick up the list. When they get on the plane, Earl falls asleep and wakes up only to find that they haven't even taken off yet. He then tries to escape, but is tied down. At the bus station in Mexico, Earl wants to get a taco even though the bus is about to leave. This bus is the last one until the next day. He complains that he is hungry, but Randy beats him up and forces him on the bus. On the bus, Randy yells at Earl for complaining the whole time and Earl tells Randy that he doesn't have a chance with Catalina. They don't sit by each other on the bus. They arrive at a stop and a man holding a chicken comes on. Randy is afraid of birds and Earl can't wait to see him freak out but is surprised when Randy doesn't get scared at all though, and Earl realizes that there is nothing Randy wouldn't do for Catalina. He goes to apologize but is kidnapped by banditos.

Throughout the episode, Crabman has problems with the neighbors, who have parked their trailer right next to their house. Since Joy is under medication for her anger, she won't do anything about it. Another Gag is that there are two people who Catalina is a maid for in Mexico who happen to look, sound, and act like Earl and Randy. They even say quotes from previous episodes and have a list, however this is a list of crimes that they mean to commit which sound similar to the things Earl means to make up for on his list, such as the mexicans' "Steal a donkey from a one legged girl" in comparison to Earl's "Stole a car from a one legged girl"

The episode also contains many references to earlier episodes and series continuity, such as Earl's two previous marriages, Randy's fear of birds, Randy's obsession with the Cyndi Lauper song "Time After Time", Catalina's jumping dance, and so on.
