South Croxton

South Croxton is a village and civil parish in the Charnwood district of Leicestershire, England. It is on the Queniborough Brook. It has a population of around 250. Nearby places are Beeby, Barsby and Twyford.

The last farm shop in the village closed in around 1995, leaving no local shops nearer than Gaddesby, several miles away. The village's amenities are limited to a playing field with a slide and single football goal, and several cattle that are eminently tippable.
