The South Brooklyn Railway was a freight line in Brooklyn, New York. Most of the line still exists but many parts of the line are paved over or sealed off. The line was organized in 1900 under the State Railroad Law and was owned by City of New York. The City of New York relegated the task of operating the lines to the New York City Transit Authority.

The lines ran from 39th Street and 2nd Avenue in South Brooklyn towards the Coney Island Yards. The line's primary function was to deliver boxcars and freight to the nearby industry and factories.
