Soukaigi (双界儀) was an adventure game created by Yuke's, published by Squaresoft (now Square Enix) for Sony PlayStation and released in May 28, 1998 in Japan. It remains a Japan-only release.

[edit] Story
1998 In the wake of a mysterious and deadly explosion at Mount Fuji, huge stone pillars called "Gallan" have appeared in several locations. After those deadly explosions claimed so many lives, people came to know the existence of the unknowable creatures called "Yorigami"(beastly demigods) throughout Japan.
A game of intense battles which take place in a parallel, present-day Japan. The chosen warriors called "Juhoushi" who belong to "Goholin", a clandestine warrior group formed in ancient times, tries to resolve the enigmas they face, and forge their own destiny. Natsuki Sumeragi, a well-known "manga" (comic) artist brings her vision to the game as well, through her design of the characters of the game.

The Soundtrack was composed by Hiroki Kikuta best known for his Secret of Mana Soundtrack.
It's regarded as one of the best videogame soundtracks for the PlayStation with its successful mix of progressive rock and ethnic sounds. It was recorded using only live instruments. There are 2 vocal tracks in it, Quake and Lovely Strains, this one sang by Kotomi Kyono
