Soresina is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cremona in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 60 km southeast of Milan and about 25 km northwest of Cremona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 8,928 and an area of 28.5 km2.[1]
The municipality of Soresina contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Olzano, Moscona, Dossi Pisani, and Ariadello.
Soresina borders the following municipalities: Annicco, Cappella Cantone, Casalmorano, Castelleone, Cumignano sul Naviglio, Genivolta, Trigolo.
