Soraya Arnelas Rubiales (September 13, 1982) is a Spanish singer. She was born in Cáceres, Extremadura, Spain.

Soraya won the World Online Song Contest 10 (WOSC) for Spain with 141 points, with her song entitled Mi Mundo Sin Ti (My World without You). Her 2005 album is Corazon De Fuego ("Heart of Fire"). Soraya is the second winner of the reality show Operación Triunfo 2005 edit by Telecinco.

Soraya studied at Nuestra Señora de los Remedios school and at Lostau Valverde High School. In Madrid, she learned English, French and Portuguese. She has worked as a flight attendant, but aspired to become an actress.

On November 21st, Soraya will be releasing her second album, Ochenta's. The first single is a cover of Laura Branigan's Self Control. The single is also set to be released across Europe early in the new year. On November 18th, a remix of the song was played on Scott Mills's radio show on Radio 1 in the United Kingdom.
