Sons & Lovers is a two-part episode of the television situation comedy Will & Grace, technically the twenty-fourth and twenty-fifth, and also final, episodes of season three.

When Nathan moves in to the apartment, Grace tries to mediate between he and Will, but when the two very different men become friends, Grace has to deal with what a long-term relationship will do to her relationship with Will. Elsewhere, Jack finally finds his biological father...only to get the sad news that he is dead. But later, Jack gets a bigger surprise when he meets Elliot...his own biological son from sperm donated years earlier.
