Sonia Lee Kahn

Sonia Lee Kahn (born April 12th, 1960) is a Korean-born entrepreneur best known as the co-founder of Fullpower Technologies and a pioneer in the wireless industry.

She is currently the president of Fullpower Technologies, a company which provides solutions converging life sciences, wireless technology, nanotechnology and MEMS. Fullpower is Sonia's third successful company. Co-founder of Lightsurf Technologies with Philippe Kahn, Sonia also co-founded Starfish Software with Philippe Kahn in 1994 and served as President of Starfish from 1994 to 1998. Prior to founding Starfish, she established Sonia Lee and Associates, a Silicon Valley consulting firm specializing in user interface design and communications graphics. A graduate of The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Sonia worked as a designer with the Basic Industry Research Laboratory at Northwestern University and the Whitewater Group. Sonia is married to Philippe Kahn, CEO of Fullpower. They have four children. Together, they run an environmental charity, the Lee-Kahn Foundation. She is known for her passion for landscape and still life paintings.
