Songsong

Songsong is the largest village on the island of Rota, Northern Mariana Islands, United States. As of 2000, its population is 1,411. Songsong is located along the southern coast, in a narrow peninsula, and is known as a good hiking village. Mt. Taipingot is located entirely within the village. The word songsong means "village" in the Chamoru language.
