Home: Songs of Hope & Journey is a compliation album by various Australian artists to raise funds and bring attention to beyondblue, an Australian initiative against depression. Part of the proceeds of the album will go to the charity. "Don't Give Up", the lead single of the album is a remake of Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush's duet recorded in 1986. The album debuted at #40 in the ARIA Albums Chart on December 3, 2006.
