I deleted these lines from the article:

  • The B sides of this single are the most popular ones (except for b-sides that are already on the album).
  • Every aliens means a three

If someone can explain what these mean, please add this content back in. As they stand now, these lines do not make sense in English.

Also, I changed the length from "11:28" to 3 min 55 s, which is the runtime of "Somewhere Only We Know". I'm not 100% sure this is how we should list the length, but it makes more sense to me this way. JordeeBec 02:55, 12 May 2006 (UTC)

I posted this to your user page, but in case you don't see it:
Fluence--thanks for the effort you've put into posting about Keane. However, please try not to introduce errors into the pages. If you'll look at the talk page for Somewhere Only We Know (ie here), you'll see why I've removed some of your references. Before reverting my changes, please discuss them on the talk page.
PS: This includes the spelling of "vinyl" and correct wikilinks.JordeeBec 17:28, 16 May 2006 (UTC)

Sorry for that ones! As you can see on my user page my English is not proffesional as I speak Spanish but I'm doing my best. I wrote the lenght as 11:28 because that's the real lenght of the CD, but yours is okay. I corrected your edit in "Possible interpretation". You wrote "the band's website" when really is on a fansite.
The lines above mean that "Snowed Under" and "Walnut Tree" (SOWK b-sides) are the best-known b-sides by people not being a Keane fan, SU because is played live always and WT has appeared in some soundracks. The second line should be "Every Roxley is the spirit of a tree." Fluence 22:57, 16 May 2006 (UTC)

PS:I changed the link back to This is the Last Time to This Is The Last Time because that article contains more info about both two singles and because that's the way the band write it. Yes, it's an ortographical mistake so I won't fight a revert of orotgraphy, but I think the better is to keep the article. Oh I forgot to sign in so on the history page only appears my IP:) Fluence 23:00, 16 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Complaint

It sucks that they didn't release the music video in Canada, only the single.

[edit] Question

Should I put on pics of Tom, Tim & Richard individually in the video?Victoria Eleanor 16:17, 14 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Answer

I don't see that necessary but of course you can. Just take notice if the page doesn't see full of images leaving on the background the info --Fluence 00:26, 18 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Request for featuring

I've worked hard improving this article to post it as a featured article. However, as you'll see my English is not perfect so, if you find spelling or grammar mistakes, you can correct them so we can post it as a candidate. I'm counting on you!!! :D --Fluence 00:26, 18 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Failed GA Nomination

Well, first I reviewed the article and put it up against all of the GA standards and found it lacking in all areas so unfortunately I'm going to have to fail it. Hopefully with some work this article can be brought up to meet the standards. I have several problems,

  1. The article is mainly a collection of lists, please try to convert these into prose.
  2. There are only two cited references and those references, unfortunately, do not fall under Wikipedia:Verifiability. Please find some reliable sources to cite. I can help you if you have some trouble using the reference tags.
  3. Many of the images do not have proper rationales, for an example please see Image:IBT.jpg.
  4. The article does not present a broad view of the subject matter. Add some information on how the song was accepted by critics, include both the points of view of those who liked it and those who didn't.

All in all the article is off to a good start it just needs a lot of work, perhaps a GA nomination was a bit premature. But nonetheless I will gladly walk you through any problems you might have. Regards, Deyyaz [ Talk | Contribs ] 03:23, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
