[edit] Plot

Since Mr. Bell has been fired, Drew has been serving as store manager while also fulfilling his regular duties as assistant to the head of personnel. Drew is outraged when the Winfred-Louder board of directors hires Nigel Wick, an Englishman who does not care for the employees, as store manager instead of Drew. Mr. Wick immediately makes a stamp of Drew's signature, which he uses on several cost-cutting measures such as the elimination of employee discounts. Mr. Wick then coaxes Drew into agreeing to be the "bad guy" by offering him a promotion to assistant manager and a new desk if he will fulfill some of the unappealing duties that Mr. Wick does not want to take care of. Back at Drew's house, he begins receiving hateful messages on his answering machine about the cost-cutting measures he proposed. Because of Buzz Beer's high demand, Oswald and Lewis search for a way to fill a large order to be delivered to the Warsaw Tavern. The two decide to pay some neighborhood children to bottle and deliver the beer, much to Drew's horror. At Winfred-Louder, Drew draws the line after Mr. Wick decides to fire all the employees with tenure before their pensions kick in. Drew tells Mr. Wick that the employees are going to go on strike, and Mr. Wick appeases the employees by eliminating all of "Drew's" cutbacks. To punish Drew, Larry lights Drew's desk on fire, which luckily for Drew, was going to be given to Mimi. At the end of the episode, Lewis and Oswald pretend to be the Budweiser Frogs in Drew's garage.
