Sombra-Marine City (Bluewater) Ferry

The Sombra-Marine City (Bluewater) Ferry is an United States/Canadian cross-border ferry service which runs from Lambton County Road 33/St. Clair Parkway (a former alignment of Highway 40) in Sombra, Ontario to M-29 in Marine City, Michigan. On the Ontarian/Canadian side, the dock is on King Street. On the Michigander/American side, the dock is on Main Street.
It is currently one of only two border crossings in all of Canada and the United States that allow people to cross on foot or on bicycle. The other crossing is the nearby Walpole-Algonac Ferry.
