Soloviev (OKB-19) was a Soviet design bureau for aircraft engines, led by Pavel Aleksandrovich Soloviev. It first became notable for the D-15 engine that powered the Myasishchev M-50 in 1957. Other notable designs included the D-25 turboshaft and D-20 and D-30 turbofans.

Following the collapse of the Soviet Union, the bureau became part of the Aviadvigatel company.
